Bahia Hotel in Malabo

The RMV subsidiary has recently clinched the order to build the Bahia Hotel in Malabo in Equatorial Guinea.

The company will handle the electrical, air conditioning and plumbing work packages. The site work will be carried out with the collaboration of the teams from Clemessy Morocco for the electrical part (engineering and providing the site supervisory staff) and a subcontractor for the air conditioning/plumbing part.

The work and services for the electrical package concern the engineering supplying and installing the following elements:

• transformer substation, generator set, battery charger
• electrical cabinets, switchboards and switchboxes
• lighting
• socket outlets and switchgear
• various power supplies (hand driers, water heaters…)
• fire detection
• pre-wiring for IT + téléphonie + télévision (antenna + satellites)
• video-surveillance
• Technical Management for Buildings
• sound distribution
• outdoor lighting
• lightning protection
